Speaking Engagements
I am available for speaking engagements, guest lectures, and workshops in a variety of environments, including academic, community, corporate, and non-profit settings. My work draws on over a decade of experience in education, libraries, equity work, and digital culture. Additionally, I’ve earned a Doctorate in Education for work focused on creating safer, more inclusive spaces for 2SLGBTQIA+ learners.
I specialize in topics related to queer history and culture, inclusive learning design, community building through creativity, sustainable and ethical practices, and rethinking our relationship with technology. Past talks have explored the history of queer flagging, building safer digital communities, the role of craft in connection and activism, and approaches to slow technology.
I am also open to developing custom talks or workshops to meet the needs of your audience or organization.
